Tracy Simmons, Senior Consultant
Tracy has more than 25 years of high-level business experience at Pepsi, IBM, and GE as their human resource partner, as well as strategic skills from the education and non-profit spaces. Most recently, Tracy spent nearly four years at Dress for Success Houston, currently serving as Community Outreach Manager. She earned her master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Dare to Lead™ certification in June 2021. This elite training, developed and based on the research of Brené Brown, enriches solid leadership skills based on measurable proficiencies in courage, clarity, and empathy. Tracy excels at coaching professionals to become the finest version of themselves. She does this in her personal life as well, serving as a Girl Scout Gold Award Mentor for high school students working toward their Gold Award.
